✦ HOW TO ORDER ✦ It's easy! All orders must reach a $300 MINIMUM. It can be through rentals, balloons, or rentals and balloons - it doesn't matter how you reach the $300 minimum! Our "Gold" balloon package is the only garland that meets the $300 minimum alone with no rentals included.
✦ DELIVERY OR PICKUP ✦ You can pick up your balloons free of charge or have us deliver and install them for an additional $50! Don't be fooled - installing balloon garlands can be extremely tricky. Let us help! Prices shown are for a 10 mile radius from our warehouse. $2 per mile thereafter. Warehouse Location: 2101 E. Carson St. Long Beach CA 90807
✦ WANT TO CUSTOMIZE?! ✦ We love hearing your ideas. Any florals, double-stuffed balloons, balloon glow, hi-shine, XL balloons, helium, etc. are custom add-ons and will be priced accordingly. Any additional "fluff" for balloon garland is your responsibility to bring day-of event. We will clarify more during our consultation call - don't worry!
A NON REFUNDABLE 30% down deposit is required to place any order. As well as a signed contract of our rental agreement.
If you choose to PICK UP a balloon garland yourself - an appropriate SUV/UHAUL may be required. All garlands are made 24 hours in advance of event date. Pickup/delivery dates can be arranged accordingly.
We are NOT responsible for any damaged, deflated, or popped balloons post hand off in your care. No refunds on added balloon colors or unused balloons after order is placed.
Jane Doe is throwing a bridal shower. She meets the $300 minimum made up of rentals and balloons. She totals $450 for everything, but wants to add delivery and install for ease. $100 for rental delivery + $50 for balloon delivery. She totals $600.
Jane Doe wants to customize her balloons with an additional balloon color and some pretty florals. $30 for each additional color + florals (Jane is responsible for getting florals and bringing them to venue day of).
Our team will gladly add the florals to the garland during installation day-of. Jane Doe's grand total is $600 + $30 = $630. Includes delivery of rentals, delivery and installation of balloon garland (with additional color and florals added by our team). Does not include setup of rentals or breakdown after event. (not including tax)
